iEnterprises’ “CRM on the Go” Wireless CRM
Wins 2006 IBM Beacon Award
for Best SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) Solution

MURRAY HILL, NJ —January 18, 2006-- iEnterprises, Inc. (www.ienterprises.com), the experts in building value through CRM products and services, today announced that its wireless CRM solution, CRM on the Go, won the 2006 IBM Beacon Award Best SOA (Service- Oriented Architecture)  Solution.  CRM on the Go was chosen by an independent panel of industry experts in recognition of its outstanding ability to significantly improve flexibility, reduce total cost of ownership and increase ease of integration within companies —effectively realizing the promise of SOA through IBM Websphere software.

Additional criteria used to evaluate this award included evaluation of how effectively the solution is componentized, scaleable, interoperable and modular by harnessing Web Services.

Doug Brady, CIO of Plante and Moran, a Michigan-based professional services company that employs CRM on the Go, said, “Normally, access from the field would take five to six minutes assuming there was a connection available. After implementing CRM on the Go through our BlackBerry handheld devices, it will take less than 30 seconds.”

CRM on the Go, a wireless CRM application used to extend CRM solutions and other enterprise applications to handheld devices such as the RIM BlackBerry, exemplifies a unique implementation of SOA that helps companies capitalize on their existing CRM investment or Domino infrastructure. CRM on the Go works with any Lotus-Notes based CRM solution as well as other non-Notes-based CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com and Siebel. It also has the unique ability to work with several different CRM solutions at one time.

“A typical challenge companies face after making CRM investments is that certain aspects of the system may become underutilized or seen as “user unfriendly” for the entire organization,” said Matt Zimmerman, Vice President of Business Development, iEnterprises. “Wireless enablement of CRM opens up new and exciting opportunities for users and systems administrators to take the “Top 10” tasks users need to make their daily lives and the way they work easier and extend those to their handheld devices—so they get mission critical information any time, anywhere.”

Such a wireless extension leads to increased adoption within their existing CRM user base plus new adoption among non traditional users (such as senior executives, administration and other professional workers) who may have had very little experience, or did not initially see the value of using CRM. With more diversified use, customer data becomes richer, is kept more updated, and more useful in servicing customers at all touch-points. The same can be said about companies that have historically used their handheld devices strictly for communication. With CRM on the Go, they can receive alerts, get client information, graphical data, or scenarios-based analytics information in real-time.

The power of the wireless application is extremely beneficial in these times, particularly given industry consolidation of CRM and other enterprises application software, the rising adoption of on-demand services, and the mobility needs of today’s knowledge workers.

“CRM on the Go helps users embrace the concept of “CRM everywhere”—online, offline and on their handheld devices,” concluded John Carini, Chief Corporate and Product Strategist, iEnterprises, Inc. “They can now transform not only their workplace—but their workday and work-styles into efficient and remarkably collaborative entities. Providing this type of end- to- end integration and value to our customers is what SOA is all about.”
