iExtensions CRM Delivers Next Generation
Customer Relationship Management Solution
iEnterprises Ships Landmark Product Upgrade
Murray Hill, NJ — iEnterprises, Inc. announced the launch of iExtensions
CRM version 5.2.0 today. Building on the technology that won this
year’s Best of Lotusphere Showcase Beacon Award, this latest release of
iExtensions CRM combines improved system performance, powerful new features
and greater control over the user interface.
iExtensions CRM is an award-winning Lotus Notes-based CRM solution that
leverages Lotus Domino to manage contacts, projects, products, documents,
events, sales pipeline and more. With hundreds of configurable features
and industry-specific interfaces, iExtensions CRM empowers organizations
to quickly deploy a solution tailored to the organization's needs. Its
easy-to-use interface and features help to produce immediate results and
rapid return on investment.
While the solution retains its award-winning
functionality, the application was completely re-built for this latest
release. The dramatic overhaul resulted in noticeable performance
improvements, and allows for more sophisticated synchronization of data
across multiple modules within the solution. This synchronization
of data is configurable, so organizations can add even custom fields and
manage when the data is synchronized, either in the background or interactively.
Another key enhancement in this latest version
of iExtensions CRM is the ability to completely configure all of the form
labels, prompts, navigation tabs, view outlines and window titles through
the system settings. Organization can now easily tailor every aspect
of the solution to match the particular lexicon they’ve adopted. Performance
enhancements and caching text on the user's system helps to insure that
forms and documents open and display quickly.
“This version of iExtensions CRM is completely
different from its predecessors,” says John Carini, the Chief Software
Architect. “We’ve rearchitected the solution from the ground up
to improve performance and really give system administrators even greater
control over the user interface, as well as the interaction of data between
the different solution modules.”
“Even though Notes isn’t relational database,
we can make it pretend to be relational with the configurable synchronization
we’ve built into the solution settings,” said Carini.
Other new features in the solution include
workflow enhancements and improved project management tools. Several
new features were also added to the iExtensions CRM customer service helpdesk
module making it easier to service customers via the web and through email.
"As a result of the new features in iExtensions
CRM both new and existing customers are seeing a sharply accelerated time
to value," says Matt Zimmerman, vice president of sales at iEnterprises.
