iEnterprises, Inc. Introduces Lotus
Notes and MS Office Integration with iOffice Integrator
Application Enables Customers to Easily Include Lotus Notes Data in MS
Office Documents with No Programming
Murray Hill, New Jersey -- iEnterprises, Inc. announced today the launch
of iOffice Integrator 3.0.1. iOffice Integrator is an easy to install
and configure Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office integration software application.
With iOffice Integrator, creating letters and mailing labels using
the contact information stored in Notes has never been easier. Even
more complex tasks like sending mass mail are effortless using iOffice
Integrator. A host of new features in version 3.0.1 will enable customers
to increase their productivity and give them a competitive advantage.
iOffice Integrator allows Lotus Notes users to easily add contact and other
information stored in Lotus Notes databases to Microsoft Office documents.
The optional document library stores, shares and organizes documents
and templates directly within Notes. iOffice Integrator also acts as a
mass correspondence engine that allows users to generate personalized bulk
correspondence in the form of emails, faxes and printed documents.
The company reports that iOffice Integrator is easier to use than its competitors'
integration applications. One of the key features that customers
will particularly appreciate is that installing and configuring the application
requires no programming. A setup wizard helps install the application
and link it to any Notes database, such as the personal address book. Customers
configure user-defined fields, merge fields, and security features using
the built-in settings database.
"We expressly wanted this product to be simple to install and setup,
so anyone could use it without being dependent on technical staff,"
says John Carini, iEnterprises' Chief Software Architect.
While the company has no intention of shifting its focus away from its
flagship CRM product, iExtensions for Notes, this new product has tremendous
appeal to the casual Lotus Notes user. Anyone who has a need to address
business letters or envelopes will benefit from using iOffice Integrator.
"iOffice Integrator will finally give Lotus Notes users the ability
to easily integrate contact information with [Microsoft] Word and Excel
documents," explains Matt Zimmerman, the company's Vice President
of Sales. "MS Office integration has long been a key selling
feature of our CRM package. This latest release of iOffice brings
that functionality to the masses."
The company stated that iOffice Integrator can be downloaded for free from
its website at http://www.ienterprises.com.
