iOffice Integrator allows Lotus Notes users to easily add contact and other information stored in Lotus Notes databases to Microsoft Office documents.  The optional document library stores, shares and organizes documents and templates directly within Notes. iOffice Integrator also acts as a mass correspondence engine that allows users to generate personalized bulk correspondence in the form of emails, faxes and printed documents.

The company reports that iOffice Integrator is easier to use than its competitors' integration applications.  One of the key features that customers will particularly appreciate is that installing and configuring the application requires no programming.  A setup wizard helps install the application and link it to any Notes database, such as the personal address book.  Customers configure user-defined fields, merge fields, and security features using the built-in settings database.
