Position #1: Senior Lotus Notes Developer
You will join a small, dynamic and growing software company located in New Providence, New Jersey. Responsibilities:
Function
Mange the development and creation of our award winning CRM software products by acting as a product development manager in charge of all Lotus Notes software development. You will be responsible for specifications, development and project management for iExtensions CRM
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Lotus script and Java script.
Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions.
Experience establishing an enterprise framework for all phases of software implementation: requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery.
Experienced project leader/manager. Understands all aspects of the project management function in an enterprise software development environment, including project initiation, planning, scope, milestone management, and project evaluation.
Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.
Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.
Writes powerfully and persuasively using various styles and effectively addresses different needs and audiences.
Extensive PC experience working in Windows environments. Expert user of standard software systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.
Extensive experience with implementation of software systems, including application installation, testing, and administration.
Strong project management background. Proven track record of delivering on large scale projects. Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget.
Experience managing multiple teams of technical employees through numerous project milestones. Ability to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Knowledge of BlackBerry and other wireless devices a plus.
Knowledge of WebSphere J2EE environment a plus.

Position #2: Lotus Notes/ Domino Administrator / Developer

Responsibilities:
Candidate will have responsibility for all areas of windows and Domino Administration as well as light development. On occasion the candidate will be used for live technical support via telephone, web and email, and quality and assurance. The successful candidate will have the ability to solve and document complex technical problems in real time, as well as the ability to manage communications in a professional and appropriate manner both verbally and in writing.
Typical Activities
· Develop written policies and procedures for Domino and Windows administration
· Configure and maintain internal Domino environment
· Configure and maintain internal windows environment
· Configure and maintain BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
· Assist customers with their Domino and BlackBerry environments
· Log effective & comprehensive call details and resolutions
· Provide superior interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner
· Provide superior problem solving abilities
· Notify internal and external customers with status of progress
· Communicate to manager of status unresolved issues
· Provide necessary assistance in setup of new customer installations
· Assist in quality and assurance of product software
Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required
· Experience with the Lotus Notes Development and Administration
· Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows, and Lotus Notes networking and administration
· Excellent Interpersonal, Verbal Communications, and Customer Service skills
· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to prioritize and execute in a timely fashion
· Ability to take initiatives and perform all necessary tasks
· Goal driven
· Ability to function in a diverse, team oriented environment
· Experience with BlackBerry enterprise server.
· Experience with Lotus Script and or Java Script a plus

Position #3 - Architectural Software Developer – Murray Hill, N.J.:
Researches, plans, designs, and administers computer software systems. Analyzes software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Consults with client to determine functional requirements and maintenance of software documentation. Develops, implements and directs software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation. Applicants must have experience and knowledge in CRM Applications, Lotus Notes, Domino, DHTML and JavaScript. Requires excellent communication skills critical for interaction with clientele. Independent judgment, involving the integration of public domain and commercial software packages. Strong organizational and implementation skills required. Professional appearance. Must possess good employment references. Must have a M.S. in Computer Applications (or its U.S. equivalent) plus at least 2 ½ (two and a half) years of CRM Applications and Domino-based server Applications experience. 40 hours per week; 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
